I have a homepass setup to get streetpass. My question is, i have Animal Crossing: New leaf Welcome Amiibo. When i street pass with ppl, is it possible to get the ppl in the HHA plaza if i street pass with ppl with "animal crossing new leaf"and AC:NL welcome amiibo? Like has anyone gotten any new houses in the HHA plaza with the Welcome amiibo?

Not me. I haven't gotten any new houses since the update.
Before the update I used to get people in my plaza and a new house or two at my local Home Depot,
but now I get nothing.  Don't know if HomeDepot turned off the wifi or what, but I used to look forward to going by there every week just to get people in plaza and maybe a house.
I can still get people in plaza at McDonalds, but no houses since updates.
I miss that part of Animal Crossing too.

Personally i think ppl just havne't updated their streetpass function....oh well...kinda sad..maybe i can make my mii mention that on my homepass to spread awareness about?

I wish nintendo would send out houses again.

They should...especially now with the new items they've added to the game...it would be a blast to have a house with new added features!

Since the update I've gotten one single StreetPass for NL !! I didn't get that many before, but that's the only one. The girl I StreetPassed with is one of my "regulars" and has the update, going by what she now has in her house. I've gotten StreetPasses for other games too, but that's the only one for NL so far ...

I am hoping ppl are bringing back the update and open up their street pass again for the homepass....i live in a very rural area of canada sask...so need it...what i would love  to see how the new update has changed the houses?

My own Streetpasses in the HHA Plaza has diminished greatly since the update.  Tho the upside is my Dream Suite is now up to 17 Dreams.  And before I think the highest I was up to was 4 or something with it giving me a new address many times.  In general I have had issues the last month or so with picking up Streetpasses at McDonalds & last year started having problems with getting none at Home Depot.

I live in the UK and I think that a lot of the 'relay' locations eg McDonalds don't seem to work anymore in general. Because I live in a rural village it used to pretty neat going into towns and passing them but I don't really get any for any games any more, let alone New Leaf - literally none for months now
