How do I become a platinum customer?
Platinum Customers must be recommended by a member of RGG staff.  Typically, RGG staff members will recommend customers who are always extremely polite both on ACC and in-game, have their gates open early or on time, and are customers who the deliverers absolutely love delivering to.  If this sounds like you, a Platinum Customer Invitation may be heading your way!

I forgot about my Raffle, Quiz, or Ultimate Treasure Adventure prize. What now?
Luckily, Raffle and Ultimate Treasure Adventure prizes never expire.  However, quiz prizes must be claimed within 2 days of answering the quiz question correctly.  Be sure to mention the Raffle place, Ultimate Treasure Adventure place, Quiz number, and prize when claiming your winnings!

What should I expect after my order has been claimed?
After your order has been claimed, a deliverer will send you a private message with further instructions.  However, if you do not receive your PT within 24 hours, please contact someone on the list of designated RGG staff members (listed below), and they will help you sort out the issue!

Who should I contact if I am having issues with my deliverer?
If you are having issues with your deliverer, it is preferred you contact someone directly on the management team.  We are always here to answer and address any and all questions or concerns you may have!
