So I've recently started playing AC again. I can't for the life of me remember how to get regional/international CT. It's not a choice when the captain picks me up. I'm not sure if it's something on the island I have to do? I can't really find anything on it. Thanks for your time/help!

Have you purchased the Club Tortimer membership from Grams yet? If not, you'll need that before you can play on the island with people besides your Nintendo 3DS friends.

Once you have that membership, Kapp'n will ask you if you want to go alone, play with others around the world, or play with those from your region the next time you want to go the island.

Have you bought the CT membership thingy on your own island? If you have then it's a sub-joice of going with someone else ...
