I think it was only released in Japan. I'm not 100% sure though.

We had one donated to the Goodwill Community and I was informed that it was released in Japan for a very short time because it had been a mistake to release it. Other than that, I have hear nothing on it.

As far as we are aware, the Blue Argyle Tank was never released by Nintendo.

Any trading of this item on ACC is prohibited, until we can find reliable information that the item is obtainable in-game without the use of a hacking device.
