I recently restarted my ACNL town and have been building a new town back up, for the first time in the history of ever playing I have 4 dogs in my town at one time, (Goldie, Cookie, Cherry, & now Bones.) Granted they all aren't the same personality type is it rare to have so many of the same animal at your town at one time? Is it possible then to have all of your villagers be the same type of animal? Just a random thought I had, comments are appreciated!

It's not rare. Uncommon would be the right word.

It is possible to have all of you villagers be the same type of animal, a lot of people have cat towns and dog towns. You'd just have to find people to give you those villagers because the chances of all your villagers randomly moving in to be the same type of animal is EXTREMELY Very VERY rare! At one point in NL my town was overrun with penguins.
