I got pekoe to move in but she moved on the worst spot possible. I need her to ask to move out but she hasn't! I've gone all the way to next fall through time traveling, she won't move! Do they ever ask to move?

If they don't, my town's ruined. I asked inkwell to move in as a placeholder, but he moved in at a terrible spot. :^((
