Hi
I today i unlocked the New QR Sewing machine at the Able Sisters-
But when i try to get a picture with my 3DS camera of a QR code on pinterest  Sable will say that "it seems the 3DS camera don't find a QR code"
Or it will just keep scanning the QR code and eventually after waiting for 5 or more minutes no result.

Can anyone help me out please?

I think this may be caused due to the lining of the squares in the corners, or the quality of the picture. I suggest making sure at all corners are alignes with the square guidelines shown, or trying to render the quality of the photo

Is your computer screen well lit? I've never experienced that specific problem myself, but I know that scanning a screen only works when the screen is bright.

Chezygame - I find 3DS picture snaps a pic within a few seconds (its very quick)  and it is hardly gives me time to perfectly line up the squares.

Dpes this happen with ALL QR codes or have you only been trying it with one in Pinterest? Link the pinterest QR and we can see if it works for us?

From experience, I've noticed that most of the patterns that circulate on Pinterest are very, very low quality image files. Because of this, the QR image isn't as perfect as you may think, leading to the 3DS being unable to read the coding.

Go to images.google.com, click the camera icon next to the search icon, and then copy/paste the link from your Pinterest image. It will try to find a better quality image.

1989 Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, with the whole low quality Pinterest thing.. OP, if you can't find a link back on Pinterest to the original image source or a high enough quality picture of the QR code by googling the image, you can try using this image enhancing website I use for stuff like this. Basically, it makes crappy pictures higher quality, so maybe it can help.

I think i found out what was going on when i clicked to get the image to bring it up in a window- it would only go to the main makers page, so i think the design is not there anymore. But i have opened one design that gives a single window image i will try now.
I worked for me guys i know now i have to get the image in a single window.
It's the Spider Dress YAY!
