After being accepted as a friend, I click on friend codes to view their code and nothing shows up. The same thing happens on their end...they cannot view my code.
Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?

When you go to "My Friend Codes" try clicking "Nintendo 3DS Code" at the top and see if that helps.

Can I try adding you to see if it works?

Just underneath where it says "Game" there should be a Nintendo 3DS title you can click on, if not you may have entered your code into the wrong spot. I will post basic instructions on how to enter your friend code, hopefully that will fix it.

To enter your code into the Friend Code Exchange Tool click on "My Friend Codes" to the left. At the top of the page you will see the heading "My Wifi Games and Settings", click Edit to the right. Scroll about halfway down the page alphabetically and enter your code where it says "Nintendo 3DS Code". Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom and click Submit!

I am not seeing the code, I think if you try to enter it again it should work.
