Just wondering if there's anyone in here who shares an interest of fitness. Anyone have any stories they'd like to share?
It has been my daily thing. My workouts consist of both cardio and strength training, which I try do at least 5 or 6 days a week. I give about a minimum of 45 minutes for a workout. Maximum time would be an hour.
There are some reasons why I became big into fitness. I was always the smallest and skinniest kid growing up. I ran track but that was about it. The usual would happen which is the small kids get made fun of. Fast forward to 2013, several years after graduating high school, I went to my primary care manager and was told I had high cholesterol. It was that moment where I realized I could turn things around. Started hitting the gym daily and began to watch what I ate. It's now 2016 and I feel like I'm at the best shape of my life.
No longer skinny and out of shape. Though, I still struggle with LDL (it's hereditary) but it's slowly going down.
It is okay to not be okay. Mental health is vital!
