The Kings have one of the brightest, if not, the brightest future in the NHL. The prospect pool is ridiculously deep.

poor caps i just saw the game 5 highlights, when they scored that goal in the 3rd, i thought they were gonna win! but they didn't.

I don’t think Pittsburgh will beat Boston. If the Penguins win their next two games against the Islanders, which isn’t likely, they’re done. Pittsburgh just has trouble winning in TD Garden. The Islanders will make it a closer series if they advance.

I personally want the Nashville Predators to win. Honestly, I really like them as a team. I root for them when they’re not playing the Kings. It would be great for the Preds to win their first Cup.

The last game I watched of theirs was game 4 last Saturday and I gotta say, that was quite a disappointment especially given how almost none of the shots they were getting were actually good shots. The islanders have great defense, I'll give them that and the fact I'm scared that they'll win says they're a good team. But I'll always be go pens even if I'm the only one in this thread with that viewpoint

I’ll say Bruins will beat the Lightning in 7 games. I think that will be a close series!

The Penguins outplayed the Islanders every game. They lost because of Jarry and because the Islanders goalie simply played better.

Not only that, but I remember in multiple games, a lot of goals for the islanders went in because a puck hit the skate of someone on the pens and then it'd just go in the goal, that isn't jarry's fault. However, he was also slipping up a bit. I didn't get the chance to watch the last game since I don't have cable where I'm at, but I did hear the pens lost 5-3, which is a shame. Better luck next year I suppose

Alex O is an unrestricted free agent after this season. It would take a lot of cap space to re-sign him, which the Caps really don't have unless they trade away some players.

If I recall correctly, and this is from memory, the Islanders was the first team to sweep the Golden Knights in the regular series (in the Knights’ first year).
