I just purchased city folk for my Wii U. Can we still add friends and visit friends towns even though wii u doesnt use friend codes?

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can, and support for the regular Wii wifi was discontinued a while ago.

wow thats terrible, haha. Guess I should have read about it before purchasing...that was the fun part of the game.

There is a way to still play online through the Wiimmfi server. I'm part of a group that has 120 members! However, to access the server you must hack your Wii, which we are not allowed to talk about on this site. That would be something you have to do on your own.
