Background to Username: This was the first forum I ever signed up for. I didn't know you could be anyone. Annette is my first name, S my second and the R is the inital of my family name. Ah well, it could be worse.

Background to Avatar: I've had this avatar for over 10 years! When I initially signed up, there wasn't much choice IIRC. I became active after New Leaf had come out, and by then I'd noticed my avatar looked a lot like the femotes. See? Same red hat and stuff! So it feels like I'm all over ACC. However, I identify with a certain ACNL NPC, and if she ever becomes available, I'll pick her.

Hobbies: : The usual housewifey things like cooking, baking, reading and growing vegetables in summer. I also like to do things on computers. And be on ACC, of course.

A Little Bit About Me: I've had a nice career doing all kinds of different things, like programming, research, driving a four wheel drive through the jungle and flying a 2-seater Cessna (that wasn't work but I guess it sounds more interesting than sitting in front of a computer screen). I don't do these things anymore so I have some spare time to dedicate to ACC.

I'm married and we have a son.
