How do you know if a town villagers has fleas?How do you catch the fleas from the town villager?

When a villager has fleas you can hear a kind of boinging sound .... you can see the flea hopping off of the villager. Approach the villager..and when you're close enuff flick the wii mote from side to side quickly and you should be able to catch the flea easily. The villagers are almost always horrified or grateful for your help.
