Is there a way you can get a town villager to come back to yoir town?

Not really...but if you see them in the city and you talk to thrm 10-15 times in a row ...basically bug them...theres a good chance they will move into your town when someone moves out. You have to talk to them everytime you see them in the city tho. They might remember seeing you in the city too. Its happened.foe.me a few times. You have to find them in your town before they put their house possesions in boxes and try and talk them out of moving. It sometimes works.....sometimes not.

If they have already moved out, you will have to cycle thru 16 villagers before you can get that villager to move back in.
