So, I already know that the Terms of Service and profile page thing has already been reported and is being worked on, but I haven't seen anything about the other two pages.

Every time I click on My Towns, I get a Google Chrome error about a redirect loop. I'm not sure if that's because of my browser or the website itself. When I click on My Characters, I get an ACC error page, "Hmm... there's something wrong with this page."

Is anyone else having this problem?

We're looking into this issue and working on fixing it. Right now, we know part of the cause of it, but don't fully understand why it's happening. As a temporary fix, you can clear your cookies in your browser. The problem is directly linked to the "userid" cookie for ACC, so if you don't want to clear all of your cookies, you can specifically delete that one and it'll correct the issue for the time being. It'll most likely come back at some point though, and you'll have to delete the cookie again.

I am having an issue like this but when I accept the new TOS it takes me to the homepage and makes me accept every time I go to my profile. I really need to edit my profile but it won't ever pop my profile up.

bongo72, does the problem go away if you clear your cookies?

It seems that while the TOS page does pop up, it isn't really "linked" to anything, so accepting it doesn't solve the problem, it just takes you to another page but leaves the problem in your browser's cookies.  However, clearing your cookies should at least temporarily solve the problem.

I am having the exact same problem as bongo72. Clearing my cookies did not fix it.

I just want a Klaus avatar. Is that too much to ask?!?!??!?

ETA: I tried it in a new browser and it worked. If anyone else encounters this problem I suggest you try a different browser. I have IE (yes, yes, I know - old habits are hard to break!) and tried it on Firefox. It did make me agree to the TOS once again, but this time it 'stuck'.

Glad you got it working, forgottenpixel. Just so you know for the future, you actually don't have to go to your profile to change your avatar. You can change your avatar by clicking on it on any page, such as any thread you've posted on.

Thanks, me too! I tried that as well but the TOS kept coming up via that way as well.

This is happening to me but clearing my cookies, browsing data, and history/saved info doesn't clear it up. Not even temporarily. I know it's still being looked into, but thought I'd post about what's going on for me.

Attention ALL staff, researchers and developers.

I tried accessing my profile on Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome and I was able to get to my ACC profile without the TOS issue occuring...

Just thought I would help here.

Whenever I have that issue, I can usually get to my profile by clicking my username above my avatar in any post I've made, or by going to a board where I've posted a thread and clicking on my username from that page. Clearing cookies doesn't always work for me, but using a different browser sometimes does.

Same issue here hopefully it can be fixed soon.
