i wanna set up a few games in my town for some friends, but i dont have many ideas...

Well, I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I saw someone mention a game called Sumo.

I looked it up and I think you put pitfall seeds completely surrounding the players and whoever is the last one standing wins!

You could also do that game where you make a story by each person saying one word of a sentence and it going around until the story is really weird.

You could hold a contest of some sort

You could put down musical instruments and form a band

If it's Saturday night, you could go to the K.K. show and take turns putting in stupid song names. I did that with a friend once and it was great.

There are a lot of things you could do!
