As of right now, I can only access this site on my phone, and whenever I click on bell ads, they take me to the timeout page. I've missed two K.K. ads because of this, and it has really bothered me.

They work on my phone, but every once in a while a cookie messes up or something. You can still clear the cache and cookies on a phone browser usually, so I'd recommend looking into that if you haven't yet!

They do work on most phones, including mine.

What whine are you using? What operating system (and version) are you running?  Is it stock or have you jailbroken/rooted? What browser are you running? Have you tried others?

They never used to work on my phone but then one day they suddenly worked. Maybe try a different browser?

I mainly know that my phone is a Windows Phone and that I use Internet Explorer. My phone hasn't been jailbroken.

Try the instructions here and see if that works.

If you have any other web browsers on your phone (of if you can update IE), I would try that.  I remember successfully getting bells back when I had a windows phone.
