After playing Hyrule Warriors, I got a bit curious about the series that inspired it. Right now, I have 6 on my sister's PS3, and I'm enjoying it somewhat. But it seems a bit harder than Hyrule Warriors. Oh, well, I'll get the hang of it.
Anybody else either into it or new like me? Maybe you can give me some pointers to survive the war. Lu Bu is sure a butt-kicker, except it's always my butt that gets kicked.

Hyrule Warriors is the only one from the series that's really OK and I'm probably partial because I love Zelda so much. (despite my Pokemon based name. )
It's going to have all of the Wii U version's DLC, and it's going to have an all new epilogue and two new playable characters, Tetra and "the boat" from Wind Waker. If you have both versions of the game, you'll be able to unlock Tetra and "the boat" for the Wii U version, but how has not yet been said.
Also, another Warriors game for 3DS was recently released, Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3, in June as a digital title only. Was really surprised since the sequel was never localized, but it really was just an updated version of the first game.

The first Samurai Warriors Chronicles game can be found for $10 at GameStop, it was a launch title in NA too. This one is not available on the eShop, just the third one.
