I was going thru my pictures and found one with Mr. Badge in my town on a very cloudy day.
It looked like it was going to rain. It's the first time it's happened in 2 years of playing and was surprised that he showed. Here is the link to the picture.

Huh. I think I might've seen him on a cloudy day like that too. I don't pay much attention though, I'm just grateful when he shows up

(it feels like it takes him a day or two to show up after meeting the requirements for the badge).

It happened again last night and the sky was worst. The sky was full of dark clouds.

The guides and online posts have said he only shows up when the sky is clear or there are some clouds.
Both time it pass some clouds so the guides are wrong.

Like you I was happy for him to show up and give me another badge.
