Gulliver is on my beach but every time I try and talk to him he babbles and then stops. Any idea what he's doing? He's normally talking about his space ship straight away!

Usually, you have to talk to him a couple of times to wake him up.  Sometimes, it takes 6 or more attempts before he comes to.

He's washed up on the beach, after being tossed overboard from his ship.  He does not travel in space like in City Folk or Wild World, but by sea like the original GameCube game.

You'll have to help him remember where he was going.  He'll give you some clues and then give you several options to choose from.  Choose correctly, and he'll send you a gift that represents the place in question.  Answer incorrectly, and he'll send you a consolation gift.

If your gates are open, Gulliver will not wake up no matter how many times you try to.
