So I chopped down some trees to build my paths, and I left some of the tree stumps there because they had cool designs. (Keep in mind, it's in the middle of August.) so today I found a mushroom next to the stump. I thought mushrooms only grow in November?

They will grow all year next to special stumps, although I noticed that they almost seemed to avoid the special stumps during November.
