I play a lot of games that are hard to "100%" so to speak.
It's weird to say with JRPGs, which I play a significant amount of in comparison to other games, because if 100%ing is reaching the level cap on all characters, then I don't think I've ever done that. If that doesn't count then it's Earthbound or Final Fantasy 1. If that does count as full completion, I have absolutely no clue. Edit: I keep editing this because I keep remembering more games I've 100%'d. The first Ace Attorney.
There's a LOT of games I've beat but not 100%'d though. If I went back I probably could 100% things like Super Mario 64 and even Pokemon Red, Blue or Yellow so long as I dug out a link cable.
I've never beat Ocarina of Time by the way. orz

It may very well be Double Dash for me too. I know it's the only Mario Kart my brother and I really played to it's full. Even Wii still has a large chunk of locked content, and we played that for hundreds of hours. Just didn't feel like putting effort into unlocking stuff, I guess.
Smash Bros Melee may have that beat, but I don't remember which was finished first.
Like, a lot of stuff, but also nothing because indecisive
I think my first (and only) game I ever 100% completed was Super Mario 3D Land.
I had completed all the worlds and special worlds, collected all star coins, got all the golden flag poles and I had played every single level with both Luigi and Mario. I had like 60+ hours clocked into SM3DL. It wasn't worth it tbh.

Jak and daxter (1). Getting that extra power cell in volcanic crater with the yellow eco from spider cave was hard but once I did it I was soooo happy. Getting 100% in it is easssy now, but up til then the two ones I was stilllll trying to beat for years before that i didn't til later. Spyro 1 , crash 2(didnt have#1), and croc.
Pokemon Blue, Final Fantasy X/X2HD and XIII, Metroid Prime 2, LoZ: Phantom Hourglass, and Splatoon
