So apparently those villagers are in the Happy Home Designer cartridge, they could be used as DLC. They may be unused content. Villagers pics for Maddie, Louie, and Claude have come in. I'm starting to believe it a little more.

The shirt O'Hare is wearing actually looks like the vertigo shirt! Hmm...  Anyways I'm glad that this is a possibility.
Benedict's shirt looks changed too. It looks like the denim jacket, not the number 2 shirt.

^ Thing is he actually wore it in his NL picture. I was confused out of heck because in the picture he wears the vertigo shirt and his initial clothing is the blue aloha shirt!

I just checked his page and it just says a lazy frog from the Animal Crossing series. Same for Louie - just says jock gorilla. Ne'ermind didn't check the entire page and it says Happy Home Designer Same for Buzz and Gonzo. Nothing on Claude, Boots or Tybalt. Edit 4...: just checked Huck; nothing.
