Rivers, ponds, and select spots will give you the most hybrids. I always have great luck with right of my train station. If you are having trouble breeding in a certain area move to another! some grow better than others! you can get 3-5 hybrids a day. If you have the beautiful town ordinance in effect than you can water only the ones you want to grow, and if you find those areas that grow the best you can pick which flowers you want to breed each day.

Diagonally placed flowers seem to grow the best.

If you are getting regular flowers from your hybrids:  try picking them up and placing them down in a different order, if that does not work put a jacobs ladder or two around them.  Only one fertilizer will do something per one day.

Money trees they do not always work! but if you plant 30k (The max) if you plant with a gold shovel will grow one batch of 3 30k bags, after that its a normal tree. Regular saplings can be planted with 1k and a golden shovel.

Thonky has a great guide for lots animal crossing things like  unlocking guides, Guliver, Gracie, etc.

How to place your dreamies:
Change 3DS clock to the move in date (Generally a day or two)
DO NOT LOAD UP PREVIOUSLY SAVED CHARACTERS.
Instead make a new character run around and see if you like the spot! If you set up a house for yourself and save!
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT~ Don't worry! Simply hit the power button then home and start again!

Tips: Place more PWP (Public work projects) to stop animals from moving in there. Especially the random spots they tend to want to get into more xD Good luck I did this to avoid animals in all the spots I wanted PWP's as well. Some take forever to get out.

Abuse and negative actions DO NOT help.
Random move in thats awful: Talk to them only once on your main character. Never again until they ping. This helps but does not guarantee.
Overfriending does help as well. I don't know why they want our favorites to move.... But they always want to faster

Site stuff
Catalog events are on the forums, The giveaways give free items, You can get free anything really if you look around enough! When you edit your profile you can check an option to flag any threads to see when others post back. Flagging boards also is good. There is a top left flag in green as well. They pop up red on the side when more posts are made. Royal crowns sell for more than one 99k bag if you order from deliveries

Locking threads/changing the title of a thread can be done when you hit reply above your response.
