Story of seasons which means I can get the trade credit now but i'll have to save up to by it down the line since i'll be about 10 dollars, plus tax, short. I also have interest in Lost valley which would mean I could get the game now and have credit left over. Or I could get harvest moon grand bazaar which would mean i'd have to make arrangements for it to be shipped to a gamestop closer to us .

Story of Seasons is good. I'd recommend that (especially if you've played Harvest Moon games before and like them). Dunno about Grand Bazaar; I haven't played it.
Lost Valley is... complicated. I haven't played it, but I know about it. It kinda depends on how into the "true" HM series* you are. Also whether or not you'd enjoy the Minecraft-type gaming elements in it.
*Long story short, Natsume lost the rights to what we know as the Harvest Moon series (called "Bokujo Monogatari" in Japan (translation: "Farm Story")), but owns the rights to the series name "Harvest Moon". So they published Lost Valley under that series name.
Oddly enough I just got SOS yesterday! I haven't played the other two, but I can share my opinions on SOS.
I personally think it's a great game! I've liked HM for a while and SOS incorporates all the great things from previous HM titles. And I also love it that you can change your hair and face as soon as you complete the 7-day tutorial!
The only thing I personally would change is Harvest Moon's long-going and unlikely-changing marriage problem. I was originally going to marry Elise and play as a guy (now that SOS has the ability to crossdress), but I caved and played as a female because I didn't want to be called a boy. It's very unfair to the LGBT community, and generally there's nothing to be done about it.
I've never played TLV, but from what I've seen it's not a Harvest Moon game. At all. It's basically Minecraft but with farming. It looks terrible.
