Idea: Alert for Modmins when there is a reply to a notification. Date: Pre-2011 Suggested by: iolite Defined by: Essie, iolite Claimed by: Release expected: Unknown
Outline: After a User Ticket is processed and a notification issued, sometimes the Member may have a query about it or a Modmin may add further queries for other Modmins to view and discuss. However, when there is a reply by the Member or another Modmin there is no personal alert for the Modmin who processed the ticket. Instead, there is a general alert for all Modmins but unless each Modmin remembers the names of every person they've issued a ticket for, it's not easy to recognise that a particular reply is for their own attention. This is why sometimes there is a very long wait for a Member when they ask a question within a notification.
General alerts shouldn't be replaced as the idea behind that is for all Modmins to be aware that their input may be required. However, it would be useful to have an additional alert informing a Modmin that there is a message on a notification they processed.
