"I guess it's a bit of  an exaggeration say 'no bloodshed'- He clocked me in the nose."

"Oh,"

Ezlen popped his nose back into place- He had a litle of his blood on his paws. "Sorry about that."

Leo looked at the man who was roped.

He looked at Leo and spoke in a snarky tone. "Oh, hello, is this your guard dog?"

Leo supposedly "flip the bird."

Ezlen smiled. "I agree... Well, Leo, you decide what we do with this one."

She shrugged.

"Eh, I can teleport  him anyway." Ezlen snapped his fingers and a bright blue flash emerged. The one he'd tied had vanished.

"Why did he attack you anyways?"

"Eh, I've got enemies. I'm also on Tiberius' hit list, which I'm told you saw."

"I don't see why we would want to get involved in a ghost fight, but alright..." Kathryn said, a bit confused as she cleaned her face.

As the women left the library, she began to walk down the steps.  After only a few steps, she stopped and looked back at the library door.  ...I hope he's alright, his dad isn't exactly the nicest person...

Jessalyn looked at her and donned her gauntlet. "I'm going to have to absorb that abomination, but I need you to do something. Go to Niko's body and wake him up."

"You're Kane's son?"

"Yes. Blue was my mother; I'm fairly sure you met her and saw her die."

(I thought Blue was his sister.)

"Yes I had, I was the one who contacted your father about it."

"Must have been quite the sight..."

"Reminded me of my parents' death,"

Kathryn nodded, sniffing around as she followed Nikolai's scent.  G-pa's scent is the easiest to find...ever...

" Ah..."

Nikolai appeared to be sleeping on his bed.

"Well their death was incredibly fast.'

"Makes sense."

"What do you mean?"

"Any lethal injury involving firearms or explosives is generally fast."

"It wasn't murder, it was a car accident."
