My Daughter is trying to find an empty house in her City but when looking at the map there isn't any empty ones. She is the only one playing the game so there should be 3 more houses in her city that are empty but there isn't showing any.  Can you tell me how to find more houses in her City? Her Daughter wants to play her own game.

I don`t know this for certain, but I think if you create a new character then the house will show up.

The houses are already there; try looking at the map. Here is an example. The player houses are larger (and have 4 windows) on the map, compared to the smaller, one-window houses that belong to the animals. I hope that helps.

I do not know how to upload a picture of her town but you don't see any other houses with windows or chimney's If you can tell me how to upload a picture I'll show you.  

I have 3 characters in my town and it shows 4 houses. One that is empty. But hers only shows 1 house which is hers and she was under her Daughters new Character when she wasn't able to find a empty house for her

Sorry if this not your problem..

What's happening is if you use a character that is not your daughter's it shows four player houses on the map, but if you use her character it only shows hers? Correct me if I'm wrong, or if I'm on the right track give me more information to work with so we can follow up to a conclusion.

Which game is your daughter playing???  City Folk (Wii) or New Leaf (2 or 3 DS) ?

If it's New Leaf (2 or 3DS), then her Daughter will be able to pick a location for her house once she makes a new character.  

If I understand the original question about the map and houses correctly, you won't find houses on the map in the City. There are only houses available in the town proper which you should see when you look at the Town map.
