Weather it be letting go of a popular villager you had no idea was worth so much, destroying hybrids, putting your house in a spot which you found was extremely stupid later on, or simply anything! One of my worst mistakes was letting Rosie move out when I had no idea she was so popular... I also saw Marshal in the campsite one time, and I thought nothing of him until I realized how popular he was later on. I was devastated. Another mistake was when I first got New Leaf, I put my town practically on the other side of the map AWAY from Re-Tail. I had no idea at the time, and now I deeply regret it. So, what's the worst mistake you've made in any of the Animal Crossing games? It could be any topic.

When someone requested the police station I got excited and put it in a bad spot. I'm still waiting for a patch to move permanent PWP's. lol I also visited a friends town and got Dorothy'd by one of his villagers then a dreamie shows up at my campsite days later. -_-
What I didn't notice was Lolly was thinking of moving and I completely missed that. When I went back to my game I got a letter from my favourite villager saying goodbye to me.
Making a great town...a perfect town and then bailing on it for whatever reason. When you finally go back in people have moved its a mess and you wonder what you were thinking. Its a great town..you never should have left for so long. Only I fear to do it again when life gets in the way...the disappointment from the villagers is the worst...especially the villagers that are my friends..its awful.

They want my heart in the right spot but then
I look below and it beats left there
I didn't realize that you didn't have to take the first map Rover offered so I don't have the best layout in the world...the river is in a position that really takes away from the space available in my town.
Oh gosh, I've done so much. I chose the wrong gender, I should've chosen a different map, I put in some PWPs that aren't that great (I ended up having to waste bells and demolish some), and Rosie left my town.
Even though I've done a TON of stupid things, my town, my house, and everything looks SO BOOTIFUL and I'm extremely proud of myself
Not picking the best map for my town. I've gotten used to it now. And getting a camper hanging out and not getting him to move there. Draco, drago something like that.

If i ask a question please dont be rude to me with a smart answer.
Thinking I could actually have a nice, neat town. Noooo, of course not. Instead, villagers have taken it upon themselves to wreck everything.
Pecan has decided to move right in front of the town hall, before my water fountain. Why does she have to live so close to the town hall anyways? At least if it was the Recycle shop or something... but, Nope. She was like, "That Town Hall right there? That's my turf." Boom, bam, thank you Pecan.
Sydney's another one who I have a bone to pick with. Pick a bone with? Pick the bone with? UGH! I am so angry I cannot even remember the saying anymore! Anyways... Good ol' Sydney moved into the park! Literally, my town's park goes: Lamp post, bench, lamp post, Sydney's house.

Sydney's like my favorite villager, but she's quite the moment ruiner! -_- XD I remember a moment from one of jvgsjeff's videos where he was talking to the fountain in GC and all of a sudden she comes out of nowhere kicking one of those sports balls.
What does her house look like in NL, anyways?

After first placing my house I realize now that it's in a bad spot. I put my house away from all of the shops so when I do want to sell something or make a PWP, I have to walk all the way across the town to the other side. If I could move my house I'd put it closer to the retail shop and main street.
