"Do you prefer to give presents or receive them?"

I actually prefer giving presents. There is just something really satisfying about finding that perfect present for someone! Sometimes I can barely keep it a secret until Christmas (or whatever occasion it's for). I want to give it to them, just to see their reaction!!

As much as I love the feeling of unwrapping something I think I have to say that I prefer to give presents. The whole process of it all (seeing what they're into, buying it, wrapping it, giving it) is, I don't know, exciting? It's just fun picking out presents for people. I think the best bit is seeing someone unwrapping their gift. They get all happy and smiley and it's just pretty awesome - it makes you feel all happy too!

I can't really say. On the one hand, sometimes I worry about finding presents for hard-to-buy people such as my mam, dad and my grandma, and I don't like completing that challenge!! But on the other hand, I get more excited about people's reactions when they're opening their presents, than getting excited about seeing what I've got, so it's all worth it

I also sometimes wonder if I'm going to like the presents I'm going to be getting from people who don't know me so well *cough* like my in-laws *cough*

This is a tough question. I would have to say I prefer to both give (if I had infinite money ) and receive presents. I like to give presents with a reasoning behind them, and I like to receive presents simply because they can vary from something nice/awesome to funny.

Definitely giving presents because I love to shop. I especially love to find unusual presents that people may not have known about or seen before.

Giving!! I do like getting, but giving gives you that special feeling that is just SO exciting when you know someones gonna really enjoy their gift. Sometimes I'm so impatient, I want them to open their gift from me first and smile nowww!!

I would say giving a gift.  I love receiving gifts, but I do find it is a little bit sweeter to give a gift to someone, especially if it is something unexpected or something you've picked out with them in mind.  One Christmas I gave my immediate family  members each a book that I thought they would enjoy.  That was one of the gift giving moments I most enjoyed

Well, I'm going to be that guy and say "receiving". Not that I'm greedy or anything, but I just cannot stand shopping. That goes double for Christmas shopping. The crowds and bustling stores really rub me the wrong way. I'd rather just spend quality time with the people I love and care about, rather than focus on material things.

I love the feeling of finding the perfect present for someone and then watching their face as they unwrap it.
