"Do you think of Sunday as the first day of the week, or the last day of the week?"

I think of it as the last day of the week. I don't know, it just makes sense for me because I go to school Monday - Friday and Sunday just seems like the last day to do stuff for that week. Terrible explanation, sorry.
I am caught between what I learned in school and what I sometimes call it
In school, because we used the Julian calendar, Sunday is the technical first day of the week. But in practice, it is usually the last day of the week because most of us traditionally begin work/school for the week on Monday. Often times on a Sunday, I catch myself saying "next week", but then the back of my brain says, "no, you mean this week" Overall, Ithink of Sunday as the first day of the calendar week. Monday beings the work week for me. Side note: I remember in high school Spanish class how surprised I was to learn from my teacher that in many Spanish speaking countries that the calendar week begins with Monday. And that is how we were taught the days of the week, beginning with Monay (Lunes).

I don't care what any calendar says, to me it's the last day of the week.

This is actually a tricky topic for me All my life I grew up thinking that Sunday was the first day of the week, but when I was enrolled in Spanish classes in first grade, the teacher put lunes (Monday) at the front. So it depends which language I'm speaking in. In English, Sunday is next week, but when I speak in Spanish Sunday is this week.
However since I spent almost all my time exclusively in the USA, Sunday is the first day of the week for me.
I don't think it matters any more about the origin and what Sunday once was. Instead I look at what's common practice. In the UK, Sunday is part of the weekend, and Monday is the start of the working week for the majority who work Monday-Friday. Also, whenever Christmas falls on a Saturday or Sunday an extra day off is given for the following week which means that Sunday is already considered a day off. To me, a week hasn't begun if it's a day off.

I view Sunday as the beginning of the week, but a lot of times I just go with Monday because that's when either my classes start again for the week or work starts.

I view Sunday as the last day of the week, although I do sometimes wonder if Sunday is the first day of the week. Both my Apple and Windows calendars end their weeks with Sundays, and probably getting told at school that Sunday is the last day of the week as well.
