Hmm well that's not working for me because by the time I hit the switch on loop two the game has already finished saving. The host game just ends too quickly. I will try one loop and if that doesn't work I will go by the hosts loop.

My friend and I just successfully duplicated a watermelon chair. I, the visitor, got the Resetti screen but the host did not.

Ahh I keep missing the reset time.

We can not get it. It gives us both Ressetti or finishes saving. Ahhhh

I got it to work once! But it didn't duplicate.

     - It is possible that you could somehow corrupt your save file. I am not saying you will, but it is definitely not a good idea.
#2 Reason not to do this
     - This will make the game much easier. Sounds fun? Wrong. This is a way to shorten time needed to get full upgrades and cash.
          - This also ties in with the ACC economy. Let's say you have a full sloppy set, or a 7-11 item. You dupe a bunch, then sell them. What does mass produce cause? Price Decreases. While this may make money in the shortrun, and it will continue to, rare items will be easier and easier to come by. I think this is messed up for several obvious reasons.

Also...quick thing...maybe it's a possibility that the two people HAVE to have different IP addresses.

So go to the friend's town, drop all you want to dupe and don't save at all. Have the other person end ASAP and turn it off after the first loop like the OP said. I haven't done this in NL, but I've done it in CF. I'll try it with my friends and some bells.
