The way to fix this they have to click on the Delete Response Button under Requests Sent in the Friend Code Requests section. Then they simply re-send it. (:

You have to click on "Delete Response". Come to think of it, I think you have to do that not him.

It's okay. But I went on my My Friend Codes and it says Delete Response next to someone else who I accepted, but not next to the guy I want to "un-decline"...
