I was looking through the staff benifits, and I saw this:

"No restrictions on the quantity of posts or threads they can submit.
"

Does this mean they loose the 60/5 second rule?

And most importantly, are there plans of limiting the number of posts or threads regular (not new) users can make?

Yes, the staff have the option to surpass the whole 60 seconds between PTs and Thread and 5 seconds between posts.

But I'm not completely sure what you mean by your second statement.

I don't think there is a plan to limit total posts for normal members. I doubt that will happen.
