The worst part is when they can get away with it because it is harder to time things online. I've ended up trying different characters with reflectors or other moves that nullify projectiles to help me beat them.

^^ I had a couple of Ness spammers before. I hate that as well.

I personally found Dimentio to be a brilliant villain.

O'Chunks, however, was pretty annoying for the majority of his appearances in that game, though.

I found the entire cast of villains of SPM to be among the best in anything ever.

Y'know, he kinda has an excuse, being a villain and all, but dang, Dalton (Chrono Trigger) can get annoying...

But honestly, I've only WATCHED Super Paper Mario. I've played the other three. That key was annoying in the original...yknow, the key to the windmill...of course, he's supposed to be annoying.

Kersti from Sticker Star got annoying really fast. ._.

Omochao from Sonic Heroes got pretty annoying I gotta admit.

Any shotgun wielding enemies in Hotline Miami 2, they can shoot you perfectly with one hit from half way across the map and you can't even see them.

Granted, the shotgun itself is ridiculously OP.

Bulbear!

Okay, an upgraded Bulborb is bad enough, but give it the ability to revive itself completely before it reaches your Onions, and you've got a serious problem on your hands.

Of course, Pikmin 2 adds to this by not only keeping Bulbears, but adding in Gatling Groinks! Not only do they also possess the get-back-up-in-a-bit ability, they also fire explosives out of their mouths.

Granted, these aren't the worst offenders, but dang, they're obnoxious.
