Introduction
Welcome to A Day In The Life, an Official Resetti's Revenge Thread where you can share your daily diary updates of your GC town with the ACC community. You can use our sample entry below as a guide for how to make your entry, or be creative and choose your own diary style! Either way, just make your entry a description of what’s going on in your town that day (and of course be sure to follow ACC rules).

Photos
We also encourage everyone to include photo links to help illustrate your diary entry. We have created an ACC flickr group so you have a place to upload and share them. Joining the flickr group requires you to agree to follow all ACC rules when posting your photos, and additionally we will be moderating the photos to keep everything family-friendly. Also note that flickr is not affiliated in any way with ACC and that you will need to create a separate account to post photos on flickr.

Need some technical help on getting your pics uploaded, or tips on how to improve how your photos look? See our Picture Perfect Photo Guide below!

Waldo’s Town Diary (day one)

Dear Diary,

*sigh* I am so sad to have left my old town Witville. But I have to face the fact that I will never be able to go back again. That world is all behind me now. I’ve even changed my name so I can start my new life fresh in my new town.

I woke before dawn and got to the train station in the early morning determined to buy a ticket to the most interestingly named town available on the ticket-board. I settled on the exotic-sounding Quixota. As I was waiting for my train at the station, I talked for a moment to this friendly dog that was busking under a streetlight. He seemed to understand my feelings exactly. I threw him a couple bells when I heard the “all aboard” call, and headed onto the train, ready to start over.

The conductor had told me it would be some time until we arrived at Quixota, so I decided I’d try and catch some more sleep on the ride over before the sun came up. Unfortunately, even though it was clear I wanted to sleep, and there were plenty of empty seats in my car, this very rude and annoying cat got on board and insisted on chatting me up. I kept yawning to indicate how tired I was, but he simply refused to take a hint. Not to mention he kept asking extremely intrusive personal questions, and got angry with me when I told him I didn’t want to answer.

At some point in time, I realized to my dismay that I had somehow lost all of the bells that had been in my pocket. While it’s possible they fell out of my pocket when I went to throw a few coins at the busker, I still can’t shake the suspicion that it was this cat who pick-pocketed me when I wasn’t looking. Usually I’m pretty alert about that stuff, but I was very tired and he was very annoying.

This cat (Rover I think his name was?) was a fast talker and somehow got me to admit to him that I’d be arriving in Quixota without any money in my pocket. He then acted like my friend and went to make a phone call. I guess I was thankful that he swung me a deal with a friend of his who would let me rent a place first month free in exchange for a bit of shop work. I still can’t drop the idea that this whole thing was some kind of a shakedown, though.

Thankfully the sun came up and I finally arrived in Quixota, where I was able to leave that annoying cat. My new town seemed very nice in the light of the morning sun, and the raccoon with the apartment met me at the station to show me my apartment right away. He was quite rude, and I knew it was probably a bit of a scam, but I was so tired, and now penniless, I honestly was happy just to finally have a place to lay down my head and be able to close the door. The rest could be sorted out later in the day after I’d had some more sleep.

Talk more tomorrow,
Waldo

--------------------------------------ACGC Picture Perfect Photo Guide--------------------------------------
--------------------------(brought to you by your friends at Resetti's Revenge!)--------------------------
blahblahblahblah(special thanks to Lazyrs9090 for co-writing this guide with me!)

Sure, those playing AC on the Wii can snap a perfect picture whenever they like, and somehow people have figured out how to do it on ACWW. But photos of my GC game? That's got to be, like, impossible, right? WRONG!! Follow these steps and you too will be able to snap GC photos like a pro. Feel free to take pictures of whatever you want!

How to take pictures:

blahblah1) Take photo in dark room
blahblahblahblah- close the curtains/blinds
blahblahblahblah- make sure any bright lights nearby are turned off
blahblah2) Television must be bright
blahblah3) Make sure there is no glare

blahblahblahblah- turn off (or cover up) your flash
blahblahblahblah- if the above steps don't get rid of glare: set up the most glare-free shot you can by moving back and forth or up and down until
blahblahblahblahyou find a spot where you don't see glare on the TV, and take the photo from there
blahblah4) Make photos clear enough to see
blahblahblahblah- make sure you are at least 2 or 3 feet away from the TV screen
blahblahblahblah- hold the camera steady, bracing yourself against furniture if need be
blahblahblahblah- if your camera has a macro function, make sure it is turned on
blahblahblahblah- don't worry if you end up including items next to/behind the TV in the photo, those can be edited out
blahblahblahblah- try to use a regular camera, not one on your phone or DS/3DS (they have very low resolution)
blahblah5) Make sure to save the picture
blahblahblahblah- upload your photo to your computer however you normally do from your camera
blahblah6) Edit your photo to get rid of extra space (if needed)
blahblahblahblah- use your favorite photo editor (or the editor on the web once you upload below) to crop your photo
blahblahblahblahso all you see is the AC screen (not the frame of your TV, or anything next to/ behind it)
blahblah7) Upload to photo sharing website (Imageshack, photobucket, etc.)
blahblahblahblah- join our flickr group, or
blahblahblahblah- use a site you already have an account on, or
blahblahblahblah- create an account on a common photo-sharing site, following it's directions to upload your photos to a publicly viewable folder there

Adding pictures on ACC:

blahblah1) Copy the link for your photo from your photo-sharing site
blahbla2) Paste it into a link with markup:

blahblahblahblah[link=http://yourphotoslink]photo1[/link]
blahblah3) Add a caption to your photo as the text for your link
blahblahblahblah- replace "photo1" above with your caption
blahblahblahblah- you can also add a caption on your online photo folder
blahblah4) Add a short entry following the photo link if it is part of a diary entry

Some photo DON'Ts:

blahblahDON'T leave your flash turned on

blahblahDON'T leave the curtains wide open or bright lights on behind you

blahblahDON'T shake the camera or hold it too close

blahblahDON'T use a low quality camera like the one on your phone or DS

Alex from Pikatown, Day One

Dear Diary,

Today was a long day. I decided to finally visit all of my neighbors and pick every last weed in my town. Bones got scared of something that he just couldn't tell me, and then he got really sad. I decided to leave him be and start picking weeds. I ran into Deena and Puddles while they were participating in the Fishing Tourney. They seemed like they were really excited to win.

I went back to picking weeds straight after that. It took around 30 minutes to do, but I picked them all. Then I went back to my house to play some NES games. I played Balloon Fight and got really close to my old high score, but sadly I didn't live up to the highest score. The second and last game I played was Super Mario Bros. I got to the Warp Zone and went to World 4, but on 4-2 I fell and used up my last life. I shut off the NES and decided to rest for the rest of the day. More will be coming soon!

Let me know how this is. Too long? I wanted to really write down all I did.  I tried to bold all the items I found so if anybody sees anything they want feel free to send me a trade request. :)

P.S. - This wasn't proofread. I'll regret that later when I reread it. XD

Jo Pet from WetStone - Day 1

Dear Diary,

Today was the first day in my new life! Actually, I moved into WetStone last night. After I finally finished working for that Tom Nook I enjoyed a live performance of K.K. Faire! After he was done singing, K.K. Slider gave me a copy to play on my radio a home! I listened to it, but it's nowhere near as good as the live version.

Anyway, today when I woke up I went over to Nook's shop to buy a fishing rod for the fishing tourney but he was still closed! What a lazy bum! I didn't have much choice but to try going to another town to see if their store was open yet.

I got on the train and crossed my fingers that Rover didn't see me, but alas. He did. I sat through his ramblings and finally got to AridRock. Somehow, it was just after midnight in that town.  Nook's was still closed. Before I left though, I pulled some weeds (there were a LOT) and played some NES at Josh's house. When I was leaving, I saw some stuff on the ground so I decided to check it out. Guess what I found! I found a Fishing Rod! I figured Josh wouldn't mind if I borrowed it, so I took that and some fossils that were next to it. He'll never know, Diary.

When I got back to WetStone I went back to my house and dropped off the fossils I found until the Farway Museum send me my letter. While I was there I noticed that Huck posted a message on the bulletin board! He said he burried a rare item in one of the acres so I went and checked it out. When I finally found it behind a tree, I discovered that this "rare" item was only just a white golf bag.

Next I headed to the pond to participate in the fishing tourney! I checked out where all my neighbors were fishing and saw that Sue E. was fishing off of the dock - my favorite spot! Fortunately for me though, she didn't seem to be getting any bites. I caught a lot of small bass before I could catch anything to beat the current record (17 inches). I finally did, though!

When I was finally content with my record, I headed back home. I stopped to shake some trees. It didn't didn't turn out well. I was feeling pretty lousy after that, do I thought maybe some nice weather would cheer me up (it was thunderstorming in WetStone all day, as you might expect). So I headed over to the dock and hoped to get out to the island.

I met Kapp'n there and we set out for SunStone! Surely the weather would be good there. The ride to SunStone was terrible. Besides the rain, Kapp'n was singing a song about being heartbroken.  And finally after we reached SunStone Island, it was STILL RAINING. Why call it Sunstone, then?

SunStone Island wasn't all bad, though. I met a nice horse, Annalise! I love the flower in her hair! She told me that she was looking for a Regal Bed and a Retro Stereo, so I made a mental note to keep my eye out for those two items. After that I grabbed some coconuts to plant at my town and left - not much to do at the island unfortunately.

After I got back and planted all my coconuts I remembered that I had seen a tent right by a hill earlier. I decided to go back and check it out! Inside the tent I found Savannah, who was really nice! I played a couple games with her and I won 2,400 bells and a kayak! The kayak is a really rare item, so that brightened up my day! After that I tried fishing some more, but didn't catch anything bigger.

Today was a good day, overall. I met a new friend, caught a lot of fish and got a rare item! Who knows, Diary, maybe I'll go back out for a while tonight! Maybe I'll catch an  even bigger fish! If anything else happens tonight I'll be sure to include it in tomorrow's entry!

Livvy from Danville - Day One

Dear Diary,

I decided it was high-time to move away from my parents and the city. The little train I boarded took me to the town of Danville, the perfect place for my new start. After an unpleasant journey with an annoying blue cat, the train pulled into the Danville station at around 9:30 pm.

Unfortunately, I didn't bring nearly enough bells with me...Danville is on the shoreline, and the property is so expensive there...I had to work for the local shop owner, Tom Nook of Nook's Cranny. He gave me a little time after working for a little to go meet all my new neighbors -- Tom, Kiki, Purrl, Rex, Louie, and Bunnie, plus the mayor of the town named Tortimer.

Nook had me deliver various items, and he made me write a letter to Tom. Since it was late and I was tired, I guess the letter I wrote was a bit snarky...as well as the bulletin board message he told me to write. Thank goodness I finished my work for him, shaving 1,400 bells off my debt. 17,200 to go!

My tiny cottage of a house was empty besides a diary and a radio when I got it, but after the errands I ran for some neighbors, I was given enough stuff to furnish it a little.

It was around 10 pm by this time, so most of my villagers were asleep and Nook's was closed. The town was quiet, therefore I had my personal Gyroid (I named him Howie) save my progress. I hear Danville has its own island, so maybe I'll explore that tomorrow.

Dear Diary,

The second i opened my eyes today, i knew it was going to be a special day. As i left my rather "cozy" home i was instantly greeted by one of my favorite neighbors, Bessy. She told me a little gossip and i was super excited for the fishiny tourny.

MattMatt's Life in Leben - Day 1

Dear Diary,

Yesterday I finally left my parents behind and went to live by myself. I found a couple good
places, but the one I really liked was a small town called Leben. Apparently that's German for
"life". On the train ride there, a very strange cat started talkinig to me. Being polite, I let him
continue and sit across from me. He just asked the usual: my name, where I'm going.

After a while on the train, he asked me if I had enough money to get a house. I lied by saying
I did. Somehow he caught my lie, then he told me about this guy in Leben, Tom Nook. The cat
went to the phone on the train and called him up. Through the little words that were basially
mumbled through the phone that I could decipher, he asked about giving me a house and
whatnot.

Finally, I got off the train and made it into Leben. As I got off the train port, a raccoon came
and greeted me. It turns out he was Tom Nook. He took me down to the houses, and I
found which one I wanted immediatly!

After I got my house, he saw I didn't have much money. So he came up with a plan for me to
work for him part-time to shave some money off my debt to him. They were first very simple
tasks, but the fact that I have a three-layered town made it difficult delivering the first item
since I didn't have a map.

Thankfully, later, I finished my job. I think I owe only 17,400 bells. Originally I owed 18,500 I
think?

Anyways, after getting relaxed and meeting all the neighbors, I was informed that it was the
fishing tournery. I went to find my neighbors to ask what it meant and if they were doing it,
but none were home!

Turns out they were all the the pond (except for a few) fishing already!

When I went to Tom Nook's store to buy a fishing rod, the man only have a shovel in stock, so
I did not participate in the tournery.

Yesterday was a fun, new, and exciting day. I have a feeling I'll have more adventures today.

Alex from Pikatown, Day Two

Dear Diary,

Today I talked to a few neighbors and wrote a letter to Otis. I sent a kiddie shirt with the letter to make sure he would be happy. After I wrote the letter, I ran to the post office and gave the letter to Pelly. She smiled and took it from me. Then I put in a few bells to pay off my loan, even though I have the largest upgrade.

Then I went back to my house and played a little bit of Wario's Woods. That was my day!

Hoze from Pikatown, Day Two

Dear Diary,

I walked out the door of my small home and breathed in the fresh air. I wondered when I could get a house like Alex's, and then I decided to make some money and pay off my loan to Tom Nook. I owe him 140,000 bells! First, I walked around all of the houses in the acre I live in and picked up old, junky items nobody wanted anymore and sold those. I only make about 5,000 bells out of those items. Then I went fruit picking. I had no idea Pikatown had so many kinds of fruits! I got some pears, apples, cherries, and peaches and I kept selling those until I got 25,000 bells. I then went to the post office and handed the bells to Pelly. She said that I had about 120,000 bells left to pay off. I sighed and walked out door; how would I be able to pay off that much money?

Lastly, I went to Alex's house. Her gryoid in front of her house said that I could look around and play some NES games, so of course I played some games. I played a bit of Balloon Fight and got close to Alex's high score, but I didn't reach it. I did get all 20 balloons in the first "bonus" level though. After that, I played some Wario's Woods. I only played the training levels though, because I got bored of that game really quickly. Then I played a bit of Donkey Kong Jr. Math, but it was so easy and boring that I quit after 2 levels. Lastly, I played some Super Mario Bros. I got to the warp zone in level 1-2 and went to world 3-1. It was really hard to beat, but I got to level 3-2. I got too excited in that one and fell down a hole and lost my last life. Disappointed, I turned off the NES and went back to my house.

Tales of Destiny, told by Mellie

June 13, 2011

Woooww~ It sure has been a long time since I've been here in Destiny. The residents say that I've been on a five-month break. I had to laugh at Ed, though. He thought that I was gone because a new Nintendo game came out, ahahah! Goldie started crying when she saw me. Grizzly reminded me that I had to go kill the cockroaches in my house before I saved and quit for the day. I would have forgotten, otherwise.

Since I hadn't played in five months, I had five months worth of weeds to pick. My hands are kind of sore now. Sigh. That means I probably won't be doing anything else today.

I did happen to see Gulliver at the beach. He was going to tell me a joke, but then stopped and said that I might be too young to hear it. ...What on earth kind of joke was it!?

Anyway, back to the cockroaches. I had a lot of 'em, let me tell ya. I think I killed at least ten or twelve, and I still don't know if I got them all! Nasty buggers. I sure hope I don't have to do that again. No more five-month breaks for me! It's just too much hassle!

It's been a month or so since I was last in Weslyvil and now there are tons of weeds.Thankfully no one left town. There was a letter from mom asking if I made any friends and also ended the letter saying that she and my dad wanted grandkids.

I am still working for Nook and my task was to see if anyone needs help. I then talked to Piper who asked me to return Midge's handkerchief. I returned the handkerchief and got a Yoko figurine in return. Then I went to the dump and found a bear shirt. After that, I talked to Nate who asked me to get his picture book from Olivia. She had and then made me to give it to Nate even he was in the acre right next to her. He then gave me some blossom paper. I pulled some more weeds and then returned to Nook's.

When I got in the shop, I realized that I had forgotten to change back into my work uniform. He let me slide and didn't even make me change back into the uniform. I was then instructed to deliver some carpet to Hambo who in turn gave me his old carpet. Then he told me deliver an axe to Midge. Nook then asked me to help business by writing a advertisement on the bulletin board which didn't make a whole lot of sense considering that he has the only store in the town. I decided to have a little fun and wrote a advertisement that he may not have liked.

Despite what I wrote, he told me that did a good job and that I was done and at the same time scarred me with his dancing. I then ended the day with placing the Yoko figurine in my house and then saving my game.

Dawning Adventures
Please give me feedback!

I hoped on to the train, leaving my small town to move to the big city of Miami, Florida. I hoped on the train and sat in my seat, I was going to try to get some rest on the way there, as it was a 23 hour train ride. Suddenly a cat with a huge head asked to sit by me. I was half asleep, so I agreed. He started asking creepy questions, like what my name was, where I am going, and why I was going there. Once he finally shut his mouth I fell asleep. I woke up to the train conductor yelling "End of the line, everybody left gets off here, Dawning," My eyes jolted open, I missed my stop! I was forced off the train, and as I walked out the door I was greeted by a raccoon, who I originally guessed was homeless based on his clothes. It turns out he owns the local store and housing market for the town. He offered me a home, claiming they were free. Of course, after I choose a nice place and signed a contract he told me that I would have to pay him 19,800 bells (some strange currency) for the home. I gave him all the money I had with me, 100,000 dollars, but apparently 1 bell is equal to 100 dollars. In other words I only was able to give him 1,000 bells. I was left with 18,800 bells to pay off. He told me I could work for him, and I decided to agree since I didn't have any other way to make money.

At the job I had to deliver furniture, which was humiliating. Everybody I saw laughed at me for working for Nook. The job did give me a chance to meet my neighbors though. I met 3 people who actually seemed normal, Hambo, Patty, and Elmer. Hambo is especially cool, I have a  feeling we will be great friends. I also meet some Bull named Oxford. I hate him already. The second I said hi he started screaming at me. I wish I brought some weapons to this town, if so he would be dead meat! I then meet a frog, I didn’t figure out her name though, her appearance scared me away. The last person I met was a pig named Sue E. She first insulted me, and then she tried to flirt with  me, what a creep! After I did all the deliveries I had to write a letter to somebody telling them to shop at Nook’s. Apparently there is no email or texting in this town! Then I had to write a message on a bulletin board (No facebook to post it on either) Then I had to… oh wait, that was my last thing to do, meaning I am done with my job! I started screaming “FREEDOM!” as I walked out the door, I am pretty sure my neighbors thought I was crazy when they heard that, but oh well!

I went to explore the town, looking for cool things. I grabbed some pears, which I sold for a hundred bells each. I used the money to buy a shovel and this amazing wallpaper for my currently terrible house. The wallpaper is called mod wall, I highly recommend it! I went hunting for whatever with the shovel, and I found 3 fossils with the shovel. I told Elmer about it, and he told me to donate them to the Musuem. When I got there I found out that the owl was too stupid to know how to figure out what kind of fossil it was. He said to mail them to Faraway Museum. I sat them in my house, I will send them away tomorrow. I went back out and visited the Police station. While I was there I claimed some lost items that were “mine” I got to amazing shirts, one of them is camo, meaning I can now stalk people without them noticing it. I was talking to Hambo about my collection of Barbie dolls at my parents house when he mentioned something about an island named Palmera off the coast of Dawning. He said to get there I had to ride a boat to get over there. I guess I will go there tomorrow!

Jo Pet from WetStone, Day 2
Dear Diary,

First lemme start off with stuff I did late last night. Right after I wrote to you last night I went to the post office and payed off all of my debt! Phyllis didn't want to show it, but she was really impressed! After that, I went over to Vesta's house and planted some flowers around her house - she mentioned to me earlier how she wished she had some. She was really happy with my job and gave me 204 bells! (How generous. ) After that I chopped down some trees in overcrowded areas. Unfortunately, my axe broke after just a few trees.

After that, I went to the ocean and fished for a while. Iwas just about to go to sleep when I saw a shadow that looked a little bigger than the ones I'd seen. I cast my rod out and went into concentration mode. To my surprise, I caught a LIVING FOSSIL! A coelacanth! I was so excited! I didn't want to donate it OR sell it, so I let it sit in my house. I'll keep it there for a while.

Today I took another trip to AridRock and saw Blanca on the Train! I drew her a really attractive face. I wish I looked like how I made her look. When I got back to WetStone I noticed that Nook was having a special sale on a rare carpet! He sold me a Blue Flooring for 1,500 bells! Is that a good deal? I wasn't sure, but I had the money so I went ahead and bought it. He also gave me a free balloon!

Another day in Wetstone, another day filled with fishing! Looong story short I fished today and should have enough to pay off my debt to Nook (again!) by tomorrow! I caught a lot of rare fish right before Nook's closed, but I was too late to sell them.

June 13, 2011ay One in Cloud[M2]

Dear Diary,
Today I grabbed my things and set off, I needed to go somewhere new, my old town had nothing left for me. I hoped on a train and watched the passengers, I noticed on who appeared to be holding turnips. What an odd thing for someone to have on a train I thought to myself. Soon I was greeted by a strange passenger who asked me a lot a questions. The conversation mostly annoyed me, but then I realized that he was right about something. I didn’t have much money, or a clue as to where’d I live.
When I got to my new town, Cloud[M2], I found that the stranger had followed through and fixed me up with a place owned by some guy named Nook. Nook came out to great me, then he gave me job. I hate Nook. He gave me job after job after job, and I still owe him. I didn’t even ask for the house. I could have camped out like some of my town mates.
When I was finally free from “Nook the Crock” I went exploring, I saw lots of bugs, lots of fish, and lots of stuff to dig up. But I didn’t have any tools. I quickly found I could make money by harvesting fruit, and so I did. But it only got me a shovel.
And I’m still broke.

I took all these pictures for today, but then I forgot my camera at my mom's house when I came to my dad's! I'll upload them some other time, but for now, just my journal entry. :/

Livvy from Danville - Day Two

Dear Diary,

It was raining in my town today, and I didn't have an umbrella! Fortunately for me, earning money is fairly easy here in Danville. I sold my old wallpaper and floor, plus my old clothes and some things I found at the dump. The bells he gave me enabled me to buy a shovel! I dug up five fossils and am awaiting my letter from Farway Museum so I can send them in to be ID'd! I also uncovered a few gyroids that I sold, and get this -- there was this glowing spot in the ground, and when I dug it up, I got 1,000 bells!

After running a few errands for my neighbors, I took a train ride to a nearby city called Sarasota. During the ride, the ever-so-courteous Rover sat down across from me...I wasn't really listening to him talk, since everything that comes out of his mouth is either rude or annoying.

Sarasota was beautiful! It was nice and sunny there, so I didn't need an umbrella. Right at the train station, there was a big golden statue of one of the residents -- she had payed off all her house debt, and the statue was in her honor. Her house was enormous! I wonder if mine will ever be that big. I explored the town for a bit, and the store there is really big too! I had enough money to buy an Orange Umbrella and a Fishing Rod, and I snagged a Mosaic Shirt from their dump. Since Danville's national fruit is the Peach, I took some Cherries, Apples, and Pears with me to sell and plant. I hope the villagers of Sarasota don't mind!

I tried fishing when I got back to Danville (after yet ANOTHER train ride with Rover...I'm getting the creeping suspicion that he's following me...), and it's hard! I certainly don't have the reflexes for it! I reeled in a few fish, sold some to Nook, and gave any doubles that I caught to the museum. A little froggy was swimming in one of the ponds, and I caught him and gave him to the museum. He was so cute! The fruit earned me quite a lot of money, and I tried planting one of each. I really hope the little trees survive -- two of the trees I planted for Nook have died!

I totally forgot about the island until then, but I was much too tired after the day's events to attempt to go today...Maybe tomorrow. I wonder if anyone lives out there...

I can't find a camera, so I'll have to ask my dad where one is.

Alex from Pikatown, Day Three

Dear Diary,

Today it was pouring outside. so I grabbed my Nintendo Parasol and headed outside. All of the villagers I talked to said that they didn't like the rain. Puddles even said that rain made her feel kinda icky. When I went to visit Jeremiah, he has the same umbrellas as I did! He didn't seem to notice, though.

Since there wasn't much to do outside, I decided to write some letters to my best friends. I wrote one to Bones, Deena, Jeremiah, and Lucy. I gave them all presents because A)my town was cluttered with items I don't need and B)it's nice to give people presents. Speaking of presents, when I went to Otis's house, he was wearing the kiddie shirt I gave him with a letter yesterday! He said it was a little tight, but he loved it.  I hope the villagers I sent letters to today will be happy with their presents.

MattMatt's Life in Leben - Day 3

Dear Diary,

Yeah, I know I skipped a day of writing. But yesterday was such a blur since nothing happened!
I have a few vauge memories, but they aren't very fun. I know I was confronted by Blaire and she "helped" me out. Later, I redesigned my house, only to re-design it again!

After a while, Blaire caught me again by her house (trust me, NOT a stalker). She "confronted" me again in a weird position and still didn't understand! Before it was dusk, I was just walking out and about, and stopped to take a rest. Unfortunately, a mosquito bit me while I was standing there! And what do you know, five minutes later, it happened again!

The last thing I remember is a dog named Daisy moved in before I went to bed.

Now, that was yesterday. Today, a lot more stuff happened.

First, being friendly, I went to Cobb and just talked with him, and he was nice and gave
me a blue check shirt, for free! Next, I finally got my letter from the Faraway Museum. So I took the advantage since I had paper, and sent in some fossils. I sent FOUR letters.

When I got back to my house, I was happy when I saw I got mail. I gleefully opened my mailbox, expecting just an HRA score or a friendly letter from a villager. I was wrong:

Thanks Cobb.
I thought Peaches was the NICE one.
Ah, Vladimir, lighten up!
Blaire... I kinda expected this from you. Snooty.

That just ruined most of my day. But to shake it off, I went bug hunting and caught 5 BUGS in less than 10 MINUTES! But my fun was again ruined when I came back to my house. I did NOT paint it black. After an hour of work, I got the bells to [link=http://www.flickr.com/photos/64014535@N07/5833291108/pay off my debt[/link] to Nook the Crook. I was so happy, I did a cool epic pose to be funny.

That's all I did today; lotta stuff, but not very productive. Oh well! I have a whole life to do more!

Life in a Lemon - Day 1

Dear Diary,

So I arrive at Lemon at around 2 PM, wearing a flame shirt. I encounter Tom Nook, pick my house, the usual. When he found that I didn't have enough to pay for my house, Tom decides to give me a part time job. His shop's in Acre A-1.

Before I went to get my uniform and all that, I went to go meet everyone. Cobb, Bob, Savannah, Ricky, Pinky, and Opal. Everyone's nice, except for Ricky and Opal... Oh well. Not everyone's the same I suppose. And then I went off to Lemon's wishing well to meet the mayor. He gave me a strange look when I told him I respected my mom the most... It's probably best that I don't know why.

Then I went to work. He only had me work for about ten minutes, which is sort of weird. Then he laid me off! Jeez. That's okay, I guess. I heard from some people in the train that money comes out of rocks... Crazy, I know. But I needed the money, badly. So I bought a shovel, and went around town bashing rocks with it. There are a lot of rocks, it's so hard to keep track of them all. I was relieved to finally find that darned rock and get 13,300 Bells. Phew. And then I went around, finding fruits and gyroids and other things to sell, getting stung in the eye in the process... Eventually I had enough to pay the remaining 17,400 Bells of my mortgage, in less than an hour. Yay!

After letting Mr. Nook know that I paid everything off and all that mumbo jumbo, I went home, to write in a diary Nook also provided.

Well, it was a pretty short day, but a very exciting day too.

Amber, Mist, Day 1

Dear Diary,

I arrived at Mist two days ago, and I'm already working at Nook's Cranny to pay off part of my loan on the house. I came by train. I sat across from a nice blue cat, Rover. I've met everyone in my town. I'll tell you about them.

Ed: He's definitely a jock, but he's also hilarious. I like him a lot.

Freya: She seems okay. A bit snooty, but otherwise I like her.

Huck: He seems pretty cool. I think I'll be friends with him.

Puddles: Meh. I really don't know her very well. She seems nice, though.

Mitzi: Mitzi and I made fast friends. She's super nice and sweet.

Buzz: He seems grumpy at first, but once you get to know him, he's actually kinda nice.

That's all for today,
Amber

Alex from Pikatown, Day Four

Dear Diary,

I didn't do much today, so I'll just talk about some of my neighbors. I'm not going to talk about all of them, because I have 15!

Otis: He's loves to eat and sleep. His house is pretty awesome too. He is one of my best friends.

Bones: He is one of my best friends. He is like Otis, except Bones is a dog, not a bird.

Jeremiah: Same as Otis and Bones, but he is a blue frog.

Puddles: She is a pink frog who doesn't like the rain. I find that a bit odd for a frog.

Deena: She is a duck who seems pretty normal, but she is nice. Deena is a good friend.

Woolio: Lives in the same acre as Deena. He's okay.

Opal: Good friend, even if she is a little snooty. I still didn't make a garden for her like she asked me to. I don't think I will. I'm not much of a gardener.

Those are just some of the villagers in my town.

Garnet from Leuda, Day One

Dear Diary,
Today I set off for the town of Leuda. I hopped a train and met a rather peculiar cat. He was rather nosy, but it was better than being lonely and feeling awkward sitting by myself on the train. He asked me things such as my name and where I was headed. I wasn't too fond of him poking fun at my name, but whatever. I had told him my situation about how I was short on cash and hadn't exactly picked out a place to live yet, and he called a "friend" that happened to live in Leuda that could possibly help me. Help was help, so I didn't question it. I had arrived at Leuda and awaited for this Nook character to show up.

Off the train

I met the raccoon and he soon demanded that I pick out a house to live in. I picked the one with the red roof, as I thought it suited me and my name rather well. Not much to my surprise, the room was extremley "cozy" as he tried putting it. It's awfully crammed in here

Soon after discovering I had not nearly enough to pay off the house all at once, Nook suggested that I do some chores for him in his shop. I didn't really have a choice, and he had me wear this awful looking uniform.

After that, he assigned me various duties, such as planting flowers and trees. I had discovered that my town has apples, which pleased me very much. Nook allowed me to take a break and I was off to meet some villagers. None of them seemed too happy to see me, but I guess it's always weird when there's a new person around.  I did take a liking to two particular villagers, Kitty and Kody. I also introduced myself to the mayor of Leuda, Tortimer.

Not too long after, I was asked to help the villagers as well. I aided Anchovy with finding his beloved comic book.

After one last final assignment of writing an ad on the bulletin board, I was relieved of my duties.

Freedom!

Some of the villagers had given me various things they no longer needed, such as old carpets. I also found some clothes at the police station no one claimed, but I found I didn't like them either. So I gathered those things and sold them to Nook, allowing me to buy a shovel.

I found a gyroid

I soon grew tired from my hectic day and decided to hide in my new home.
