So far, not so good. I've been at it for approaching two hours so far and I haven't hit any that I even remotely like - why is the west facing waterfall so rare?! I've found it twice in two hours. TWICE.

EDIT: Make that three! Check out this town I managed to get.
Things I like;
*West facing waterfall
*Ye Olde Gate
*Bay with sand
*Unobstructed bridges
*Peaches
*Good villagers (Chevre & Drift, not so much the others)
*Dual pond museum
*Bridges are all close together
*CLIFF HOUSE. <3
*Fountain area WITHOUT concrete leading up to the gate

Things I hate;
*Triangle grass
*Mediocre ramps
*It's all just a little 'meh'
*No canyon
*No island
*Some really annoying villagers

I feel as if I could do a little better. Then again, I might not get a similar one for a long, long time. Thoughts on this?

EDIT#2: It only works out at 10 rarity points, which sucks. Still, I'd like some feedback before deleting it and continuing.

A straight waterfall (1)
A wide double-ramp (3)
A SE Inside-Corner Normal Ramp (1)
2 bays, 1 has a little bit of beach (4)
An Island (2)
A reverse canyon 36 patterns long (5)

Overall: 16 points

Very nice in my opinion. I restarted my town for about 2.5-3 hours to get this.

I've been looking for hours now! I want an evenly spaced out town, with a Ye Olde Town Gate and an Island! (And maybe a cute little L Shaped ramp or a bay <3 <3) XD

I keep on coming up with looooong canyon like areas or equally looooong reverse canyon areas, where all the houses and shops are either crowded up in one corner of the map or blocking bridges.

EDIT: Complain and you shall recieve! (At least to some degree!)

Oh yeah, I actually reset my town for about 3 hours to get my 16-point town. I actually wrote down what I wanted from this guide, and searched for them. Some, I didn't even think about in my first town.
