The bells thing is a joke. The only reason it was invented is to get people to turn off adblock. I doubt any kind of bells store will ever be in place.

The main reason it's taking so long is because we never really started to work on it until recently. This whole past year was spent on creating and organizing the newly developed R&D team so we could be able to create things like the Bell Shop, which will 100% become reality. We'll be working on it after we launch the first R&D update.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is R&D? I'm sure it will be obvious when you tell me, but..it's not obvious now XD

Is there somewhere I can findout about the current projects underway by the r&d team?

There used to be a worklist, but that appears to have been taken down a few months ago. I remember aldericon saying they would put an updated list back up on this board when the first updates debuted.

Being a cynic, I think the R&D team won't get anything done, much less a bells store. It will take forever, considering this is ACC.

Being an optimist, I think the R&D team are working as hard as they can and will get out an update as soon as possible.

It all depends on how you look at it.

A cynic is someone who thinks that mans intentions is fueled by greed. Keat, no offense, but that's  being called a pessimist.

If our bell count gets reset, I am going to be so mad.

And If you are wearing rose coloured glasses. ACC, for some reason, takes forever to get anything done. Why should this be any different.

As Bobzco said, we plan to make a public version of our worklist available shortly after the first update.

You'd be surprised by how much of the first update is already done. However, each new feature has to go through extensive testing to ensure that there aren't any unexpected glitches or loopholes. Trust me, we're trying to release the update as soon as possible.

Turns out you can get a lot more done when you have seven developers instead of just one.

Good. I really hope that ACC development picks up, it will have huge benefits for the community.

After the first update, that's how things will most likely be. A common misconception that I know a lot of users have/had is that we've been working on coding and developing new features for this first update ever since the team was first created. This was definitely not the case, we had to dedicate a huge chunk of time doing "preliminary" work to organize the team and its functions before we could even start on coding and discussing ideas or fixes for the site.

I don't think this site has updated since Wild World was realeased.

Well it seems like nobody believes the bell shop is being worked on. (Same here.) To provide it why not post an annocument showing screenshots of the bell shop and updates about it?

Titan actually posted a small picture of the bell shop a while back, but it seems that picture has been deleted.

Well I don't believe this bell shop will be released until I see a picture of it.

I honestly don't see why it should be so top secret, this isn't a game release, it's a far overdue website update, while the website is in its 'slow time'. I think posting a sneak peak would be a brilliant way to show everyone that progress is actually getting made
