I know they occur 'randomly,' but is there a peak time when Wishy flashes across the sky?

i've never been able to catch wishy. i've always had something in my hand when the shooting star came.

I read somewhere on the Internet that Wishy comes at the times Celeste says your constellations can be seen, but I can't verify this.

I thought Wishy was only available in WildWorld. It is on CityFolk too?
You see a falling star and tap your playing self with the stylus and you'll get a surprise the next day. If you did it properly you'll see your little persona clasping hands and making a cute face.

There are shooting stars in CF, but not any you can wish on.

I don't have a Wii, so I'm only questioning about ACWW...
