I see reports all over the news about fast food, and recently watched a documentary about how food is processed. I'm not a vegetarian, but I try pretty hard to stay away from places like McDonalds and Burger King.
I don't really fancy Fast Food. I'm also vegetarian, but still.
When I wasn't vegetarian, I had stuff like McDonalds, and didn't really like it. Although I LOVE Burger King's fries. But besides that, all the fast food I eat is the occasional bean burrito.
I'm no food expert, but it's fairly safe to conclude that there are healthier options out there.
I love fast food, my friends love fast food, a majority of America loves fast food. Of course it tastes fantastic, but it is up to you to control yourself and understand any negative side effects that may occur as a result. Anyone who eats at fast food frequently should probably learn to do it in moderation. Always check the nutrition facts, avoid high calories and high fat count. It's not just about avoiding, but it's also about choosing. Fast food joints and restaurants aren't just grease and fat, they provide a variety of healthy alternatives as well. Simply saying fast food is horrible and it will kill you is a very abrupt statement; the truth is that it's up to you to limit your amount, be wise in your decisions, and dig a little deeper to find out what you're eating is truly made of (nutrition facts wise).

So yeah, I like fast food :B As people have already said, it's fine in moderation. It's those who go OTT an eat only fast food whilst doing no exercise who really annoy me, especially when they try to then blame the fast food restaurant / chain. Have some self-control, peoplez, and all shall be fine.

I don't know what peoples' obsession with McDonald's is. I like the occasional McDouble and sausage egg McMuffin, but I eat those maybe twice a year. I'm not a huge fan of "fast food" i.e. Burger King, Wendy's, etc. But I do love me some Chinese take out. I try not to eat out too often, if I do eat out in a week, I try to keep it to that one time in that week. But it never fails that when I decide I don't want to cook and get take out, I end up eating out like 3 times that week.

I hardly ever go to McDonalds, only maybe 2-3 times a month. I go to Taco Bell on an average of 3 times a week. I go to Burger King ocasionally, maybe once every other week. I get Chinese maybe 4 times a month. Yes.
Although I think it's okay all the food I eat is outside food because I'm a vegetarian. I'm also average weight.

I generally enjoy Fast Food, but I don't eat it often because I get tired of it rather quickly if I eat too much of it.
I do love me some BK and KFC though.
And people's obsession with how unhealthy is annoying. I mean, anything in huge amounts is bad for you. Heck, if you even drink way too much water, you can die. It's pointless how some try to ban it. I'm fine if you don't want to eat it, but maybe some of us would.

I like it but I'm not a big fan. If were away from home and couldn't find a nice place to eat a sensible meal and was on a rush I'd end up at Wendy's or Burger King. Since is not only fast but cheap and hot. I do LOVE those Sausage/egg McMuffins Shanjupiter mentioned but, alas, they don't make them here anymore! For one day every two months or so I have a big combo from Burger King, but that's just about it. I even gave up sodas years ago!

I eat out every day ... & ... yes, it's mostly fast food. I do sometimes eat out other places besides fast food but with my work schedule & the fact I have no one but myself to take care of, it's just easier to eat out then it is to cook ... I'm not grossly overweight, (if I lost 10 to 15 pounds I'd be what most charts say is my ideal weight) ... and this has basically been my diet since I was about 16 because most of my jobs were in fast food which of course meant free meals ... I've only been out of the food business for I'd say 8 to 10 years.

I think one of the biggest issues is that parents will feed their kids almost entirely fast food because it is easy, and the children don't know that it is bad for them.
I must say, I love a good McDonalds. I only eat it once a month or so though, keep it in Moderation. I know people who eat it twice a week and it doesn't do them any good.

I was really hooked on the BK ribs with they had that special going on. They were kind of like chicken wings except were ribs. Really mini and good. I hope they bring them back soon. I also tend to get more McD's when they have their Monopoly promo going on, looking for that boardwalk and park place lol.
//shudders Ugh... the only fast food things I like are Taco Bell, & Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries... and the occasional Sonic Blast, 'cause out of all the fast food desserts, theirs is, like, the only one that doesn't make me feel icky besides a Frosty from Wendy's. x.o & oh, I'm a vegetarian.
