I have been trying for at least a month to get a silver axe from Serena.  At best, I get my axe back ... but rarely.  Usually she doesn't even ask me a question; she just grumbles something snarky and takes my axe.  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a good time of day to try for a silver axe, or is it totally random?

You're not doing anything wrong - I've finally got a silver axe, although I really want a gold one. I know others that have been trying for months with no luck - it's purely random and you just have to keep trying.............she can be very cruel!

There is no help to be had with Serena, it is all based on luck.
It does seem like the more characters you have and the more the ax is thrown,
it will increase your chances.

That's interesting, bebe, as I have 3 characters and had just decided to let her cool off for a while as she is becoming more and more witchy (that's with a B) lately. There just seems to be no correct way to answer her questions.
