Is anyone else have this error code because i have a Nintendo guy on the phone and he said thats a rare EC and it could be because they hade an outage and it should be back on tonight or tomarrow

It's a firewall problem. I recommend turning the firewall off on your router.

If you don't know how to do this, contact someone who does.
