I looked it up on the support.nintendo.com, but all it says is that the WEP key for the access point has been changed... But...It hasn't...Can someone help?

*Edit: The error code guide on this website says pretty much the same thing as support.nintendo.com, but it's not helping much either. I don't understand the "first slot in the router" thing either....

I was putting the wpa code where it said wep code, not knowing they were 2 different things. Because my security thing for the wi-fi is wpa.

Does that mean I can't use wi-fi for Animal Crossing?

No, you cannot Wi-Fi with any DS game using WPA. Unfortunately, you're going to have to change it to WEP.

Preferably WEP-Shared.

So...wait...am I doing something wrong here?

Hmm, do you happen to know the name of your router along with the model number? (It should be on the router itself)
