She's a Chicken in my town and she's so rude to me the other villagers and my visiting friends lol. Ok I know she's not real but she still gets on my nerves. I'm doing everything to get rid of her but she just won't leave! I push her around ignore her never do a thing she asks and complain about her in town hall constantly! And when I have guests over we all gang up on her and push her around and she still won't leave! I've lost a good lot of my original neighbors except for Becky and I was actually nice to them..,, Any suggestions on how to get rid of her once and for all? Does anyone else hate Becky or any other members in your town?

I find the ones you don't like never leave and the ones you do always go - so unfair

i got her too. since the gamecube version i have had a struggle with the "unwantables". when CF came out and i saw you could complain about neighbors, i thought, "Here's my chance!" then i realized that it had no effect. i was pretty dissapointed. so i tried to ignore the ones i don't like and always refuse favors, hit them with a bug net, etc. just to try and bully them till they leave. that doesn't work either. and all the nieghbors you are nice to want to leave. i figure just be nice to the ones you hate, eventually they will bail, never knowing that you had a voodoodoll of them in your basement counting down the days.

lol reverse physcology interesting it's just so hard to be nice lol. I've even time traveled (which I don't do) just with the hopes she'd be gone (no such luck a few more of my favorite villagers left but becky was still going strong) I think shes driving everyone else alway its like she knows I want her out and shes playing chicken (pardon the pun) with me

I had her in my first CF town, i hated her too. She never left. I hit her with my net, i pushed her, i didnt do anything she requested of me. I just couldnt get rid. I ended up re-starting my town.

I didnt re-start because of her though, i just wanted a new town

Apparently if you do the tasks for their hobbies, they leave because there's nothing more for them to do. So maybe try that?

I've tried that before, and it works!

First, talk to Becky all the time, everyday. If they want you to do a task, do it!

Walk by them everytime you see them and see if they get excited and want to talk to you. When you talk to them, they will probably ask if they should leave. In my experience, they ask for something general and then something specific before asking if they should leave -- like they'll want a fossil, then a stego tail, and then be gone forever.

I never had Becky in any of my Animal Crossing games, but I don't like the chicken/bird characters. So good luck!

Add me onto the list of Becky haters.  I actually hate all of the snooty characters but we all have at least one.  The problem I run into is I have had 7 neighbors for well over a year and they seem to constantly willing to move.  
But Becky, who I have had for just a couple months?  She must have lead in her butt because I think she is a squatter and will never ever ever leave.

lol Paul you said it! my friend Juicy and i Have been trying forever to get rid of her but she has not once even hinted at wanting to move and If i was her i'd of left ages ago! I'll add you for sure

I can't stand Violet-the purple ape, on top of looking terrible- she is very rude. I ignored her for probably a month, then hit her with the net and axe alot, complained about her at townhall, pushed her in pitfall seeds-the list goes on--but she will not move either!!!! I did start speaking to her again in the hopes she would ask if she should move-but no luck yet.

I really don't understand the logic behind the unpredictable villager movement in CF, it makes no sense that villagers insist sticking around even if they get battered on daily basis. Hopefully Nintendo improves this aspect in AC:3DS.

It takes a lot of patience and luck to get rid of certain villagers.

It really does take a lot of patience Its so weird how the only one I wanted to leave is the one who wants to stay.....but now my town is filling up with more grouchy snobs !!!! I hope you can get of vicki soon (i'm tryin being nice) I'll let you all know if it works!

Yesterday Becky lost her key! Hope she liked Sleeping outside!!!

nope she didnt sleep outside she got another 1 from twn hall they have exrtas lol.i couldnt find a key allday so when they came up to me and no need to keep looking i got new 1 i was floored
