So I went to the doctor's a few weeks ago, and about a week ago I found out that I have PCOS: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

Am I the only one who on here who has this? Or am I not alone? It sux, that's for sure. XD I'm taking Metformin I think it's called. And no, even though I take it, I don't have Diabetes.

I'm thinking more about adopting when I get older though, so it's fine if I don't have kids. =P

i've always said i wanted to adopt kids.

:3 My cousins are adopted, so I know what it's like to have adopted relatives, and it's making me want to adopt. 8D

ive had a few cysts before and i know the pain they can cause

My sister has PCOS and has 4 kids... all natural and all hers. Just because it USUALLY make it harder does not mean it ALWAYS makes it harder. But don't get your heart down before your even old enough to vote hun

I go to the doctors next week to find out if i have it... because I have ALL the symptoms LOL and my sister was diagnosed well before I was LOL

Really? o-o My mom had 3 of us, so yeah. XD Does she take any medicine?

I have it too, and I had a baby natrually without taking any of the medicine, I still dont take any meds for it, but might soon as would like another child.

There are a lot of kids that need to be adopted, but PCOS doesnt have to mean infertility. Lots of women do conceive with PCOS. But youre young, so lets not dwell on it at your age, lol!

I know it doesn't mean infertility. XP But the thing is that I haven't had my time of the month, since 5th/6th grade, and I'm in 10th now. But you're right lol.
