So can any player in your AC:WW house get animal pictures or just the first player? Jeremiah apparently got glitched for me and said he gave me his picture and he never did. Can I get player 2 in my house to get it from him instead??? He's my fave and I really want it for our house. Thanks...

ababyslife: Yes, each member in your house can attempt a picture. I've glitched several of my lazy villagers before, so I have three characters to try for their pictures with. Most of my pictures are from my main character, though.

thesmiter: thank you very much, I am trying but the darn animal wants a shirt I dont have in my catalog yet...one of the few I dont have LOL! He wont stop talking about it so I guess I wont get the picture until the Able Sisters finally sell me that shirt

I am definately going to try this. Pictures are starting to take over my house, but oh well.

This stategy works perfectly for me; I restarted my game yesterday and managed to get all 3 pictures of my residents (the ones you start of with).
Although, I do think it's good to note that you don't always have to do a task for them, just gifted letters work well, too. Also, I think certain villagers who have the grumpy or snooty personality will take a bit more time...
All in all, a good guide.

Sorry if someone already said this but I didn't want to read 8 pages of posts. Does it matter if they have been there for a while? I think I saw that in the guide but it wasn't entirely clear to me.

acwwluver55: Nope it doesn't matter how long the villager has lived in your town. I did this trick and got Pate's 2 days ago and she's lived in my town for months.

"I'm like "What?" but then I checked and my pockets were full!!! D: It worked though. I'm trying with a diff character now. ;P

I tried this with Egbert. I sent 10, 10 and 4 on the day he moved to town. When i saw him the day after he wouldn't give me his pic

I expect them to send a letter back right?
Then I wonder, how long does it take for them to receive my letter?

Well I send ribbot letters, the same way as lyndzi, 10 10 and 4.
He hasn't send any back yet while I send them two days ago.
Oh and just now he asked me if I could send him a letter, I just send him 24 letters two days ago!!!

Or should I not send this many letters in one day, I have send like 24 at once.
Anyway I have been sending another 12 letters to some other peeps in my town just to find out about how.

I sent Egbert 2-3 more letters throughout the day and spoke to him every 15 minutes for a few hours. I finally got his pic and Kody gave me his too.

Well I noticed the last letter I got in the past five days was one from wolfgang that he moved to another town.
That's the only one, while I send like 36 letters in that time I didn't receive anything myself.

Does it work on snooty villagers? I did it to Bree, and it never worked.

It really does work. I have done it dozens of times. You just need patience and persistence.

I really don't know. As I posted before, I failed with Moe. So I tried it with my other character right? Well he hasn't done it yet! I know you can get it (or I think you can) on two diff characters because Lucy gave her pic to two of my characters so I really don't know.

I just tried to do this with Mallary and it didn't work. I keep sending more letters then waiting but it isn't working

So I finally got a picture of Ribbot, although it didn't look like he noticed that I was sending him tons of letters.
I sent like 30 letters to him, I didn't receive a single on from him.
Only after I got his pic he send me a letter, and that was because it's birthday.....

Well I'm glad I have his, his pic seems somewhat more special than the other 5 or 6 I have.

I ended up trying to get Bud's picture because he was outside, but it didn't work! I ended up sending about 50 letters: the first batch I forgot to add presents, and the 2nd batch plus some extra just didn't work...I'll try again some other time. Anchovvy moved away after living in my town for 3 days! Loser.
