are there any True Blood lovers here?

i have been watching the showe religiously since season one.

I've watched the First and Second season!! We're waiting for the third to come out on DVD as it does not air over here.

I don't like Bill. I think he's kinda, I dunno, gross.

omgg.....season 3 is awesome! i really like bill. i didnt like eric so much at first but now i really like him too.

you definitely have to check out the 3rd season asap when you can.

I don't have HBO so I'm still working getting through season 2 by renting it from Netflix.  I've loved the show so far.  I also really like the series of books the show is based on.

eric is my favorite for sure but i think its because of the books!!

i still have one more book to read but for some reason i just cant get it started
i think its because i read the first 10, or whatever it is, so fast

Yeah, I like Eric because of the books also.  He's only just starting to grow on me in the HBO series.  I haven't read the last book either.  I couldn't afford to buy it and it's hard to get from the library unless you reserve it.

i wasnt an eric fan until season 2.

im glad there are other die hards like me. hahh!

i cant wait til the next episode. i havent read any of the books yet. no time which is no bueno.

well i just watched yesterdays trueblood episode and i gotta say that im very upset!!

I'm a huge fan too, but have only watched Season 1 so far. I read all the books except the newest - will probably wait for paperback. I have much to catch up on! Very much enjoyed the different ways the show has gone. At least the little bit I have seen. *sigh*

True fan of True Blood, here!  

One episode I'll like Bill and hate Eric.  The next expisode I'll hate Bill and like Eric.
Right now I'm a werewolf fan, Alcide (Joe Manganiello) is yummy eye candy!

Last night's episode "Everything is Broken" was great!  The ending with Russell saying
"...and now for the weather..." was hillarious!

you know what dragon, i feel the same way about bill and eric.

that episode was totally funny at the end when he was ready for the weather. he has some mad powers!

i really was hoping bill would say waht sookie was. i hope nesxt episode spills it. 3 more showings left. how sad.  

Well, our AFN is finally starting to play True Blood really late at night but, it'll be a while till they get to season 3.

While I am by no means a prude, I have to write that sometimes those 'scenes' in the show get kind of trying. It sometimes feel like 'ah, well, we can't think of anything else to add, so let us add a 'scene!''

Speaking of Sookie ... what do you think she is?  It's been fun imagining all the different possibilities.  My personal guess is some kind of nymph.

I'm going to have to get the books!  I love reading and I've been looking for a new series to start.  Didn't think of the books!  Who is the author?

Charlaine Harris. She has a couple of other series, too, but I think Sookie is her best character/series.  The books are all written from Sookie's perspective which would have been tedious as a show but works great from the book side, so you learn things as she does.

Tammy81, thanks for not spoiling the surprise!  It's fun to let the story play out and imagine all the possibilities.

Season 1 was slow, but good.

I. HATED. SEASON. TWO. They tried to do waaaay too much, and I was just not a fan.

Season 3 is keeping my interest. It's a good pace, and it makes me want to read the books all the more...

I'm a fan of Eric. And Hoyt. All the way.Bill's fall right, but will always be on the sidelines for me.

So what did you think of this weeks episode?  I was a little disapointed to find out what Sookie really is  I was expecting something a little more exotic.  I'll be curious to see how her powers develop.

Anyone have any ideas on what Bill's ulterior motive is in being with Sookie?

believe me....when you find out what sookie really is in the books its way more exciting!!
they make you wait for like 5 or so books then when you find out its awesome!

i cant believe the season is so short and only 2 episodes left
