It'd take like 3 months to get up to 100,000, and when you only get 1,000 for that, that just really doesn't seem worth it.

100,000 is far too much though.

In my opinion, 100,000 would be the perfect amount if this would be offered as a perk; I doubt it would be offered as a perk, though, as extended profiles is a Honorary Citizen perk.

(Ps: I got 100,000 bells in one week -- no jackpot either).

Raffprta-Yeah, that's why I said only 1,000. that way someone would have to have 800,000 bells to get as much as the honorary citizens. And it's really hard to get that much bells.

I'm pretty active too, yet I only got about 30,000. Most people have around 40,000, so I think that 100,000 for just 1,000 is far too much.

I really like the idea of collectible virtual cards. There could be like a shop with 25 random cards per hour availible for purchase. (And maybe make it that once that card is baught, it's unavailible in the shop until the next hourly restock!)

I think you should only be able to buy 1 - 10 per day if introduced.

Yeah, so people don't buy out all the stock of the shops, then sell it to people for profit. >.>

... I don't think the shop can/should be able to be bought out. That would be lame. I'm sure the stock will be different for every person too, that or everyone sees the same, but there is an unlimited supply

But, with everyone seeing different and infinite stock, It won't really be rare to get the cards you want, though. Unless there is a LOT of cards like Nook's shop. Maybe there could be a card for every single AC item ever?

OK, here's what I'm thinking:

Think of it like Tom Nook's shop (or the ables in game), there is new stock every day, but you can only buy what is shown (forget about the catalogue). Once you've brought the item, it is replaced with a sold out sign, right? To understand what I'm saying, think  of it like that.

In the shop, there should be a set amount of items. These items could only be brought once that day. You can only buy that amount of items shown (if 4 items are shown, you can only buy those 4 items for that day).


I think that is a little drastic, maybe a card for each event/ holiday or special character or something. Every item would take a while, I'm guessing.

The shop shouldn't close though, as different people are in different time zones. Restock at about 6am ACC?

I don't think doing all the items would take THAT long if we put a bit of time to it. You never know, the people doing this could hire a group of people to focus on the card designing and nothing else!

I think cards should be on almost everything in AC though. Maybe have like a few cards at first, then new ones become availible as time progresses, as they make them. Like, perhaps first you'd only have the Villager Cards, then Building Cards would unlock (Town Hall, Museum, etc.), then say Clothing would unlock after a month or so, then just go it like that until everything's included.

Meh, I'm sure the staff already have an idea about the cards if they are doing them.

I'd say no. Just for collecting. In my opinion, if they were just for trading, they wouldn't be as special iff you found a rare one. :3

I do think they should be tradable. You could have some shops in the Service Clubs board for specific cards if you're having trouble finding them yourself.

You never know, it could be a system like the Catalog system, except you don't tick the ones you have off. There would be like multiple options on the Card Catalog:

1. Currently Have
2. Obtained at one point (This means you had it, but don't anymore)
3. Wish-list
4. Obtained at one point, now on Wish-list
5. Don't have, not on Wish-list.

Yeah, but it kind of makes it more of a TCG than a collection of "Profile Villagers", like what I though of.  I'd say keep the trading simple. Maybe just a "Profile Pals (or Profile Villagers, whichever sticks) Board" and post "Looking for a _____" instead of a big catalog. Ther should just be a link in our profiles that would lead to a leafy background with pictures of our purchased Villagers.

This might have been posted already, but I think there should be a game, maybe a slot machine where you can win (or loose!) more bells!

Why can't it be a little TCG-ish though? Make it harder to get the rarer items and all. If it's too simple, it'd be boring and people would just ignore the feature. With what you're saying, people may aswell just put their favourite villagers as ASCII-Art cards in their profile.

I think there should be many cards, and rarer items (Like Redd items, Gracie items, Spotlight items, Wendell Patterns, etc.) would cost more and be rarer as cards, too.

The staff would have to be careful, because people could make fake cards.
