I think everyone who has ever existed as a living human being knows that Cesar is probably the meanest male character, but does anyone know who the meanest girl is? I used to think it was Gloria, but she's actually in my village right now. She tortured EVERYONE, literally EVERYONE, but I decided to be nice and gave her some gifts in the mail and she gives me gifts and is even nice to the villagers now.

I've never liked Deena. Never in my life. In my WW town, Nan snuck out of my town [she was one of my favorites] and Deena moved in right in her place. She was so rude.. I can't stand her.

Opal. Out of all the friendly animal crossing animals, Opal is the meanest. I gave her a nice shirt in the mail, and the next day she gave it back to me. I asked for her furniture on flea market day, AND SHE WOULDN'T SELL ONE THING. When she visited my house, she told me my room basically stunk. What a meanie!

Well the thing is all the snooty females are pretty much have the same meaness levels when they arrive. If you be nice to them by giving them gifts and things, they become actually really friendly! (Well, they're still pretty stuck up...)
It depends how long they've stayed and how nice you've been to them. So that's why some people think they're mean while others think they're nice.
But one of the meanest I've seen is Monique. She was soo mean at first when she lost her key and I fished it out of the river, I sold it to Tom Nook as revenge. Muahaha!
The nicest have been Baabara (my first snooty villager) and Olivia. They both stayed forever.
I kinda like snooty/cranky villagers. They're mean at first, but they can become your best friends!
My best cranky friends right now are Elvis and Chow.

I used to be nice to Maelle.Didnt help xD.Mathilda moved in yesterday.She yelled me because she didnt want to buy any newspaper subscribtions xD.Mathildas really nice to me and shes only been in Blaster a day and a half,were Maelle lived in Blaster for over a year >=(
I like half of the snooties,but I hate others.I love Crankies,hate most jocks ( Goose and Antonio are nice though ),love lazies,dont really like normals,and like peppies for the most part.
Meanest female is Maelle, I sended her a letter saying that her house was so pretty and she send me a letter back like "your so stupid" I made her move in like 2 days.
Hit her with net a thousand times.
