This should be posted once a day so you'll need to remove the part towards the bottom for Interviews waiting or sent. Those can be together in a separate post that can be updated whenever there is new information. However, if you have more than one interview listed as waiting to be sent, then we'd expect to see the entire list cleared when you send the interviews and not sent one at a time. The latter would be considered bumping.

There are some color corrections for these posts. With the first, you may want to consider changing the color of the job descriptions as they are hard to read or you could make them bold. The job descriptions should be in default text and not italic.
I've removed the color for the owner/co-owner information.
The payments shouldn't be color but you can add color to the ~ and make them bold.
The interview list can contain both Pending and Sent lists which enables you to update more frequently. However, if several people have posted since the last update, we would expect to see them all added in the next update and for all interviews pending to be sent in one post.

The job titles can be bold and in color which I highly recommend because you've been quite inventive with the titles and it will catch more attention.
You can post this once a day and not once per page as queried.
However, a list for interviews pending and sent can be posted whenever you have an update.

[color=red]-iolite (8/29/2010 7:03:51 PM) For your company name in the opening text, it would be better in bold and color. Also in the opening words, you may want to reconsider the word ''sell'' as you are a Giveaway.
The Rules heading is already in bold and color so having the actual rules in color and bold actually distracts from all of it so I've removed the color and bold there as it's too much.
Markup is to highlight the important parts or headings and since this is a Hiring thread, it's the job titles that need to be in bold as that is what you want people to look at. So I've removed the bold for the quota and spaced out the jobs so they are easy to read.

You may want to correct an error in the opening words. You say that you are a Giveaway and that you sell which sends a mixed message.

The opening sentence is hard to read in the color you are using so you may want to consider changing it. Also the job titles are in the same color as the headings for WiFi and non-WiFi jobs. You may want to consider changing the color of the headings or the color of the job titles to make both stand out.
